There is one fear more terrifying than any other – the fear of losing your mind. James Keller (Richard Neil) is a hard-working family man who is facing that fear - he is having horrific delusions of bloody deaths. They begin one day at a park after work when James witnesses an attack on a young woman. But when he rushes to intervene, he discovers he imagined the entire incident.
Concerned with his well-being, his wife Mona (Trish Collins-Hernandez) insists that he see a psychiatrist. Dr. John Finley (Steve Baker) is concerned about James' visions, but can't find their cause. James soon learns that a woman was indeed killed at the park - he saw the murder before it actually happened.
While following his daughter (Lia Watkins) he sees another bloody killing. James explores the murder site and is detained and questioned by two homicide detectives (Victoria Collier, Peter-Maxtone Graham). James is going out of his mind and soon believes that Dr. Finley may be connected to his insanity. However, when one of the detectives is murdered, James becomes the prime suspect. James' mind begins to disintegrate as he is faced with two horrible choices - he is either completely paranoid or he is a psychopathic killer. He must find the truth to save himself and his family.

When reality becomes a nightmare and evil invades your soul, you find yourself   DELUSIONAL.
