Caught on surveillance tape examining the chip up close, "VP of Security" Derrick Stark immediately tries to detain Charlie and take him for a nice quiet walk to the basement. Charlie tries to approach the police but is accused of making up the whole story, and finds himself deeper in trouble when the Derrick Stark goes to the police and falsely accuses Charlie of corporate espionage, by selling secrets to another company.
